Insurance Insider appoints Jonathan Goor as Chief Operating Officer

Former With Intelligence CRO joins as the business moves from setting its ambition to delivering against it

London, 6 October 2026: Insurance Insider, the specialist news and intelligence provider for the global insurance and reinsurance market, has appointed Jonathan Goor as Chief Operating Officer. He will report to CEO Mariana Valle.

Jonathan joins Insurance Insider at an exciting stage in its growth, as the business moves from setting its ambition to delivering against it. He will play a key role in driving the execution of the company’s strategic and operational priorities.

Jonathan brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the business intelligence and data sector. Most recently he was Chief Revenue Officer at With Intelligence, a market intelligence and data business that was acquired by S&P Global in 2025 after a period of significant growth. There he led sales and retention strategy, working closely with the product, data and technology teams.

Before that, Jonathan was Managing Director of the Energy & Infrastructure division at Acuris, where he grew revenues 14-fold over six years through a buy-and-build strategy. Through his consultancy AmploCo he has also advised a range of businesses on growth, acquisitions and commercial and product strategy.
